Natalie Graves, M.A. (Owner)

Principal Owner of GRAVitate, LLC. a NCTRCA certified Women Business Enterprise Cultural Resource Management Cultural Resource Management company located in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Graves is highly skilled archaeologist, historian, and architectural historian with an M.A. in anthropology with over 20 years’ experience as a Secretary of Interior qualified professional across the United States. Ms. Graves received her M.A. in anthropology from the University of Oklahoma (2006) and is permitted in multiple states and regions to conduct Section 106 investigations.

Aurelio Julian Hernandez, M.Sc.

(Lead Cultural Resource Specialist)

Aurelio J. Hernandez, who has a Masters of Science in Forensic Anthropology and Bioarcheology from University College London, is a Secretary of the Interior (SOI) qualified archaeologist who has six years of experience providing cultural resources permitting/compliance (Section 106 of the NHPA) services across a range of market sectors including transmission, up-stream (exploration and development) and mid-stream (pipeline) oil and gas, telecommunications, and utilities. He is GRAVitate, LLC’s Lead Cultural Resources Specialist actively conducting archaeological and historical inventories, monitoring, visual resource assessments, evaluations, and reporting throughout the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Idaho, Kansas, and Alabama. Mr. Hernandez has completed historic preservation activities and assessments at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, Houston for proposed demolition and historic structure renovations. Additionally, he serves as a supervisor for the Tell Timai project in the Nile Delta, Egypt where he specializes in burial exhumation and restoration of Ptolemaic coinage.
